Florida Tower

Provided the installation of new waterproofing system at traffic decks of the 60,000 SF parking garage, provided the construction support needed to perform all the repairs while having the parking garage in full operation. West Broward Highschool Football Field Bleachers

VA Hospital Parking Lot

VA Hospital Dumbwaiter

Provided structural drawings and calculations for the enclosure of a dumbwaiter shaft with a new steel deck at the Miami VA hospital. The deck was added to seal the dumbwaiter slab that was between the first and second floor. In addition, part of the scope included the supervision and inspection for quality control and certifications.

NDWWTP Emergency Secondary Clarifier Replacement

Developed a procurement package consisting of specifications and standard details (Structural Component) for the replacement of one Tow-Bro Type machine and other ancillary improvements to be completed in SC 11. Provided engineering support for review and routing of shop drawing submittals, requests for information (RFIs) and change order requests from the clarifier installation contractor.
