Structural Engineering

At Conemco Consultants we take pride in everything that we do. We design structural plans for all types of buildings and structures. Our structural engineering experience includes reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, timber and masonry, repair plans, preparation of installation drawings in compliance with building codes, preparation of structural detail plans, BODR (basis of design report), damage assessment reports, design retaining walls, design metal canopies, design concrete reinforced diversion boxes, shop drawings for complementary structures such as stairs, railings, roof top equipment protection and Fall protection and Construction Safety and Inspection Services, among others.

Our designs start with the conceptual design. Our clients are involved in all phases of the process and we are totally committed to follow through the permitting process and engaging with the AHJ (Agency Having Jurisdiction) as necessary. MEP

As a qualified engineering firm, Conemco Consultants is responsible for maintaining safety, reliability, and quality control of your mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Our MEP engineers have experience in planning, scheduling, inspecting, designing and coordinating residential, commercial, and industrial projects which involvement includes fire alarm design, power distribution systems, energy management systems, lighting in closed and open areas, preparing technical specifications for equipment purchasing, short circuit, protection and coordination, transient voltages, generation studies, harmonics and voltage drop calculations and emergency systems with all elements involved. We also provide project inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety requirements.

Structural Inspection, Civil Inspection, and CEI

Inspections

Conemco Consultants is a certified special inspection firm with extensive knowledge of what it takes to execute all types of inspections. We count on trained and certified inspectors, in the States of NY, FL, GA, TX and AL, who provide inspection services for a variety of structures.

Our inspection services include threshold inspection, CEI (Construction Engineering Inspection), backfill inspections, construction site inspections, safety inspections, building fascia inspections, structural underwater inspections, tank inspections, forensic investigations, bridge inspections, 40-year inspections, welding inspections, sprayed fire-resistant inspections, stairs, railing, and balconies inspections, among others.

In addition to the above-mentioned inspections, we are certified in New York in accordance with Chapter 17 SECTION BC 1702 of the NYC Construction Code. A special inspection is an “inspection of selected materials, equipment, installation, fabrication, erection or placement of components and connections, to ensure compliance with approved construction documents and referenced standards as required by this chapter or elsewhere in this code or its referenced standards.”
